Tool assessment repair protocol

Once your assessment is complete, we will organise a repair quotation for you. Together with the quotation we will also provide you with a price on a new similar tool. If you do decide to go ahead with the repair quote the tool will be approximately 2 weeks to complete (depending on availability of parts). Once the parts have arrived, we endeavour install the parts the same day. For your peace of mind, we take photos and videos of your tools repair on completion so you can see your tool working 100% before you leave our store. We pride ourself of quality repairs and efficient turnaround times. We understand that your tool is your business and we will try everything in our power to get your tool back to you with minimal downtime for you and your business.

Warranty repair protocol

DCE Electrics are repair and warranty agents for nearly every major brand in Australia. We even have access to parts for overseas branded tools. DCE Electrics will require your proof of purchase for a warranty claim. If you don’t have your invoice or proof of purchase just let us know your full name mobile number and email and we will call the tool shop you bought it from to access this paperwork.. Your tool will take a minimum of 2 weeks for the repair to be completed as we have to wait for parts to arrive from the supplier. All items that need a pallet for delivery!

We now deliver to business to business all and transport depots around Australia. We use TNT Couriers nationally so you can rest easy that your delivery to their depot will be guaranteed without any fuss. Please note that we will deliver to residential addresses but not on this website. This is my second occasion to use DCE and they repaired my welder and it works well. Due to the business type they charge a fee to diagnose the issue and then give you an email with the issue and a quote to repair the item if possible. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
