Very good service from the sales manager. Went above and beyond . However their website needs to indicate whether a particular item is in stock or will need ordering with lead time. Also additional freight requirements should be stated prior to the sales being completed. In all other respects 5*

After researching the many Generators available these days, I settled on W&C P6000Si Petrol Inverter Generator. During that research I came across DCE Electrics who were an authorised distributor, although 220kLms away. From the very first contact with Stephen Power, I was very appreciative of is customer service. The Generator was on backorder due to the recent heavy demand from the Nth Queensland's destructive storms. Periodically, and timely Stephen kept me up to date on the progress of the order. He expedited the delivery direct from the suppler to me, which was received the very next day. Stephen's customer service focus, together with his product knowledge, pricing is outstanding. Well done DCE Electrics and thank you.

The fellas, Lee and Stephen, at DCE, nothing to do with that footballer at Manly, did a great job on my Karcher pressure washer last week. They pulled it apart to see why it wouldn't work and quickly found the culprit, a faulty control piston.They ascertained that it would cost more to get new parts and then put it all back together than to get a new one. They advised me of this and suggested I get a new washer, which I have done, lucky me.Thanks to Stephen and Lee for giving me a great excuse to convince the wife that I have to buy a new one. Thanks boys, great work.

Wonderful service, I was able to purchase 2 spare parts with a choice of how I would like it delivered. Products sent to me quickly and arrived in a matter of days, even though I'm in a different state.
