Fault: Unusual Noise/Vibration. Metal Pad attachment frame is bent. Machine only dispensing water on one side, Batteries aren’t charging
Attend site, checked scrubber found plate and Shaft to be bent. Drained water from machine. Batteries require replacement as the only last 40 minutes as opposed to when new lasted at least 1 half hours.
Requires pick up and returned to workshop. 2 person lift.

Attend site. Pick up unit and confirm faults. Bottoms brush holder plate is warped causing vibrating noise and batteries don’t last long. Return unit to workshop for assessment.
Workshop Assessment – removed batteries from unit. Batteries are swollen and are clearly at End Of Life. Batteries will need to be replaced. Found filter for water flow is blocked and needs cleaning. Thorough service on complete machine is required. Found metal pad scraping when brush not fitted. Fit brush onto unit and noise no longer present. Further assessing will need to be required to assure correct use.

Remove and clean filters. Remove small roller guides and remove hair build up from guides and reinstall. Install new batteries
And reattach brush. Found 3 Springs guides to have been missing including screws.
Requires 3 number 8 springs
And 3 number 14 screw parts see photos of part breakdown.
Remove snapped off spring and screw ready for new parts to be installed.

Install spring and screw test operation. Clean dirty water out and return to site.
