Cutmaster 50+ combines high cutting performance with excellent portability in a hand-held plasma cutting machine. The “Plus” upgrades include a user-friendly 4.3 in. TFT LCD display and increased machine power to provide improved control and flexibility. Designed to help you achieve consistent results, it is rated for genuine cutting and piercing up to 16 mm, regular hand cutting up to 25 mm, and occasional severance cutting up to 32 mm. Supplied with the SL60 1Torch, it provides a complete plasma cutting package.

Cutmaster 50+ has an all-new ergonomic design focused on portability without compromising performance. At only 16 kg, it is easy to transport, with multiple handles and carrying points to improve handling on site.
With impressive arc stretch, Cutmaster 50+ supports cutting in unusual or awkward positions while maintaining cut quality. It is supplied with a complete range of consumables out of the box for both cutting and gouging. The unit operates on 400 V input power and includes automatic amperage adjustment.
Cutmaster 50+ delivers exceptional output for its compact size. The 1TorchTM provides best-in-class 16 mm pierce and cut capacity, with up to 32 mm maximum severance. It also offers a 60% duty cycle at 50 A, supported by hybrid cooling technology for extended cutting periods.
The machine is housed in proven industrial-grade casing to withstand harsh conditions while continuing to perform. With an IP23 all-weather rating, it is suitable for use in a wide range of environments. Cutmaster 50+ is also supplied with Black Series consumables, designed to last up to 60% longer before replacement is required.
