FORCE 132MST Ready Kit Includes; • 132MST Machine with torch • Earth Lead • Stick Lead • Spool of Gasless 0.9mm Wire • Wire Brush with slag remover • Welding Gloves • Spare MIG tips WELDCLASS USER GUIDE WELDCLASS USER MANUAL WELDCLASS FACT SHEET FUNCTIONS MIG (Gas / Gasless) Stick TIG (Lift-Arc) AT A GLANCE: 130A @ 26% max MIG output Weld up to 5mm Mild Steel (max MIG capacity) Fitted with 10A 240V plug Takes 1kg (D100mm) spools Ready-to-weld with gasless ‘MIG’ and/or Stick KEY FEATURES: Industry-first 7-year warranty** Ready to weld with Gasless MIG &/or Stick – includes; Roll of gasless wire, Wire brush / chipping hammer, Earth lead, Stick welding lead, Gloves Very easy-to-use synergic MIG controls (select wire & gas, then just set dial based on material thickness) Digital readout displays Lightweight, only 6.5kg Very compact L350 x W190 x H290mm Stick/MMA Arc-Force adjustment, for stable arc & reduced electrode sticking Stick/MMA Hot-Start (built in) for easy electrode striking TIG Slope-Up adjustment, for smoother arc ignition Quick-change MIG wire spool hub design with twist-lock spool retainer Quick-connect gas inlet connection, for fast & easy gas hose fitting/removal (gas hose is optional extra) Over-specified 16mm² cables on torch, earth, & stick leads for reliability* *This is especially an advantage when running gasless wires, where the torch cable tends to heat up faster without the cooling effect of gas, and if cable is under-sized this will restrict the output of the machine Electrical gas solenoid valve built into machine* *For on/off gas control when using solid/gas MIG wires. Many other machines in this class have a simple mechanical gas valve in handle of the MIG torch to reduce cost – instead, the 132MST has an electrically-operated gas soleniod valve inside the machine, which is more robust and reliable. APPLICATION & CAPABILITY: For serious hobbyist, and occasional light trade & maintenance use For trade/field/site work, we recommend models Force 160MST & above, which have heavier-duty “Euro-connect” torches and wire drive systems. Suitable for MIG welding 20-130A with solid mild steel (0.6/0.8/0.9mm), gasless flux-cored (0.8/0.9mm), & stainless-steel (0.8/0.9mm) wires NOT recommended for MIG welding of aluminium (see more info here) Stick welding 20-120A with most types of common electrodes (2.0-3.2mm), including steel & stainless TIG welding 20-120A (DC lift-arc) of steel, stainless, copper & chrome molly up to 2-3mm max thickness NOT suitable for TIG welding of aluminium (this requires AC/DC TIG capability, such as the Force 201T machine) INCLUDES: MIG Torch BZL 15 2m direct-connect Earth Lead 2m Stick Welding Lead 2m Driver Roller ‘knurled’ for 0.8/0.9mm gasless wire Roll of 0.9mm gasless wire (0.45kg) Wire brush / chipping hammer Premium welding gloves Spare MIG tips OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES & COMMON SPARE PARTS: Gas Regulator (4-AR1), required for MIG welding with solid/gas wires and/or TIG welding Gas Hose Kit (WC-03338), required for MIG welding with solid/gas wires TIG Torch #17FV 4m (part no WC-00992) T100 Welding Trolley (part no WC-06235) MIG Torch Spares (BZL 15) Drive Rollers (note: ‘v-groove’ roller is required for MIG welding with solid/gas wires) RELATED INFO & ARTICLES Support & FAQ articles for 132MST Warranty Registration What is an Inverter Welder?
