Tool assessment repair protocol

Once your assessment is complete, we will organise a repair quotation for you. Along with the quotation, we will also provide a price for a new, similar tool. If you decide to proceed with the repair, the tool will take approximately two weeks to complete, depending on the availability of parts. Once the parts have arrived, we endeavour to install them on the same day. For your peace of mind, we take photos and videos of your tool’s repair upon completion, so you can see it working at 100% before you leave our store. We pride ourselves on quality repairs and efficient turnaround times. We understand that your tool is essential to your business, and we will do everything in our power to return it to you with minimal downtime.

Warranty protocol for tool repiars

If you don’t have your invoice or proof of purchase just let us know your full name mobile number and email and we will call the tool shop you bought it from to access this paperwork.. Your tool will take a minimum of 2 weeks for the repair to be completed as we have to wait for parts to arrive from the supplier. For your peace of mind, we take photos and videos of your tools repair on completion so you can see your tool working 100% before you leave our store. We pride ourself of quality repairs and efficient turnaround times. We understand that your tool is your business and we will try everything in our power to get your tool back to you with minimal downtime for you and your business.
